A balanced blend of physical, energetic, and spiritual healing techniques and concepts, Thai massage involves both targeted and broad acupressure, finding and dissolving energy blockages, stimulating energy lines (sen lines), opening and toning the body with yoga stretches, and allowing the receiver to experience deep relaxation and renewal.
